Due to her demonic heritage, Sonya has been forced to live a life of darkness after having been shunned from her home town. Only through the love of her brother, Rohga, can she hope to change the world’s narrow view of demons.

Sonya embodies a narrative voice of discrimination and puts an unexpected moral weight on the decisions made by the main character, Elwin.
